Marc Koenis was appointed General Manager of Air Consultants Europe (ACE) in 2007. He has more than 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, including working for airlines such as Cathay Pacific and Air Canada, as well as for tour operators and travel agencies in the Netherlands. Mr. Koenis joined ACE in 2004 as Sales and Marketing Director for the Netherlands and Germany and has been General Manager of ACE since it became a wholly owned business unit of Transat A.T. in 2007. He has a business degree from the University of Amsterdam.
Allen Graham began his career in the airline industry in 1971 as a Flight Director with Air Canada. In 1978, he was assigned to manage Air Canada's operations in Africa and Saudi Arabia and, upon his return to Canada, was promoted to Director, Crew Planning and Scheduling. In 1982, he became Director, In-Flight Service and subsequently Director, In-Flight Service for the Montreal and Halifax bases. In 1985, he was appointed General Manager responsible for Air Canada's operations at the Montreal airports and later was transferred to Toronto airport.
Mr. Graham joined Air Canada's senior management team in 1992 when he was appointed Vice-President, In-Flight Service. Two years later, he was promoted to Senior Vice-President, Customer Service. In 1996, Mr. Graham became President and Chief Executive Officer of AirBC, which at the time was Air Canada's largest regional subsidiary. Two years later, he left Air Canada and returned to Montreal, his hometown, to serve as President of Royal Airlines. Mr. Graham joined the Air Transat management team in 2000 and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 2002.
Kathryn Munro was appointed Managing Director of Canadian Affair & Affair Travel in April 2013. For the previous 10 years, she had been the company's Communication & Marketing Director spearheading its growth and profile in the UK marketplace.
Kathryn began her professional career with the leading retailer Marks & Spencer. She held a number of management positions in store commercial management at various UK locations, and also in sales & marketing functions at its Head Office, before entering the world of travel with Ryanair, European low cost airline, where she spent four busy years opening and developing routes across the UK and Europe.
She holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Diploma in Industrial Studies, from the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland.
Lise Gagnon joined Transat in 2005 as Director of the President’s Office. In 2008, she was appointed Chair of the Board of Directors of Jonview Canada, and in 2011, President of this business unit. Ms. Gagnon previously held several management positions over more than 15 years at Canadian National, after having worked at Domtar from 1980 to 1987.
Ms. Gagnon is a member of the Ordre des comptables en management accrédités du Québec (CMA) and a graduate of Université du Québec à Montréal.
Vice-President and General Manager
Mr. Lind holds a bachelor’s degree in political sciences from the University of Western Ontario and began his career in sales in the printing industry before joining the Jonview Canada team in 1998 as Sales Manager. He subsequently held several senior management positions, including overseeing the Australasian, Japanese and German markets. In 2004, he was named Director, Products and Operations, then Senior Director in 2007. In 2009, he was appointed Director of Jonview Canada’s Montreal office, while retaining his responsibilities at the Toronto office.
Born in Cairo, Vassilis Sakellaris studied at Greek schools in Egypt's capital, then attended the Agricultural University of Athens. From 1974 to 1979, Mr. Sakellaris served as General Manager of Pandair. In 1979, he created Tourgreece, an incoming tour operator that has experienced steady growth. Mr. Sakellaris joined the Transat team in 2001.
Yves Lalumière is President of Transat Distribution Canada since January 2011. He had previously been Vice-President and General Manager since November 2009. He joined Transat Distribution Canada as Vice-President, Operations and Business Development, in 2006, before being appointed Vice-President, Network, in 2008. He had previously held management positions with American Express, including those of Vice-President, Corporate Services and Government Affairs, over a 20-year period. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Université du Québec à Montréal.

Patrice Caradec joined Vacances Transat (France) as Sales and Marketing Director in 1997. He went on to serve as Assistant General Manager before being appointed General Manager in 2004. He has more than 20 years of experience in the tourism and travel industry. Prior to joining Transat, he served as Sales Director at Jet Tours; Sales Director at Chorus Tour; Manager responsible for the French market at Pierre et Vacances; Sales Manager at Hertz; a Club Med tour guide in Greece, Egypt, Turkey and Southeast Asia; and also worked at the individual sales department at Nouvelles Frontières. Mr. Caradec is a graduate of École Supérieure de Tourisme in Paris.
Annick Guérard began her professional career in the transportation industry as a Project Manager in engineering consulting, and then worked as a Senior Consultant in organizational management for the Deloitte management consulting firm.
Since 2002, Ms. Guérard has held a variety of management positions within different Transat A.T. Inc. business units, including working four years as Senior Director, Customer Service, for Air Transat. In 2006, she joined Transat Tours Canada’s team as Director, Brands, then served as its Interim Director, Marketing. A year later, she took over the leadership of Jonview Canada in Toronto. In 2009, she was appointed Vice-President, Marketing and Web Commercialization, for Transat Tours Canada. Since October 2011, Annick has acted as Vice-President, South Market, and was then appointed to the position of General Manager of Transat Tours Canada, on the 3rd of December 2012.
Ms. Guérard holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from l’école Polytechnique de Montréal.
Anna Malito joined Transat in 1995 as Vice-President, Product, for Transat Holidays and subsequently went on to serve as its Vice-President, Product and Marketing, in 2001. With the new structure and creation of Transat Tours Canada (TTC) in 2004, Ms. Malito was appointed TTC’s Vice-President, Product and Development. In November 2011, she was named Vice-President, Strategy & Development — Products, at Transat A.T. Inc. In February 2012, Transat A.T. acquired Vacances Tours Mont-Royal and appointed Ms. Malito as its President.
Ms. Malito began her career in the travel industry in 1987. She previously held several positions at Mirabelle Tours in operations, marketing and products and later served as Vice-President, Product, for Royal Vacations.
