Transat Chair in Tourism at UQÀM
The goal of the Transat Chair in Tourism at the Université du Québec à Montréal is to foster the growth and reach of the Quebec tourism industry by supporting research, education and the dissemination of information. To do this, the Chair team is closely monitoring changes and trends in the evolving global tourism industry, in particular through the work of the Tourism Intelligence Network, in order to: develop expertise and encourage industry players to work together; ensure that information is efficiently conveyed to stakeholders; and enhance the performance of human resources by developing teaching and training tools and activities.
