All dividends paid by Transat A.T. Inc. in 2006 to Canadian residents are eligible dividends under the Canadian Income Tax Act. In addition, dividends paid by Transat A.T. Inc. in 2006 to Quebec residents are eligible dividends except for those paid before March 24, 2006, which are not eligible dividends for Quebec tax purposes. All dividends paid by Transat A.T. Inc. in 2007 and subsequent years to Canadian residents will be designated as eligible dividends under the Canadian Income Tax Act and for Quebec tax purposes, unless stated otherwise.
