Marc Koenis
General Manager
Marc Koenis was appointed General Manager of Air Consultants Europe (ACE) in 2007. He has more than 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, including working for airlines such as Cathay Pacific and Air Canada, as well as for tour operators and travel agencies in the Netherlands. Mr. Koenis joined ACE in 2004 as Sales and Marketing Director for the Netherlands and Germany and has been General Manager of ACE since it became a wholly owned business unit of Transat A.T. in 2007. He has a business degree from the University of Amsterdam.

Allen B. Graham
President and Chief Executive Officer
Allen Graham began his career in the airline industry in 1971 as a Flight Director with Air Canada. In 1978, he was assigned to manage Air Canada's operations in Africa and Saudi Arabia and, upon his return to Canada, was promoted to Director, Crew Planning and Scheduling. In 1982, he became Director, In-Flight Service and subsequently Director, In-Flight Service for the Montreal and Halifax bases. In 1985, he was appointed General Manager responsible for Air Canada's operations at the Montreal airports and later was transferred to Toronto airport.
Mr. Graham joined Air Canada's senior management team in 1992 when he was appointed Vice-President, In-Flight Service. Two years later, he was promoted to Senior Vice-President, Customer Service. In 1996, Mr. Graham became President and Chief Executive Officer of AirBC, which at the time was Air Canada's largest regional subsidiary. Two years later, he left Air Canada and returned to Montreal, his hometown, to serve as President of Royal Airlines. Mr. Graham joined the Air Transat management team in 2000 and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 2002. He is also Chairman of the Board of Handlex, the ground handling business unit of Transat A.T. Inc.

Anette Rayner
President and General Manager
Anette Rayner is President and General Manager of Canadian Affair, a company she founded in 1995. She holds a law degree and has 20 years' experience in the travel industry. Over the course of her career, she has worked for First Choice Holidays and Thomas Cook and sat on the Boards of both firms. She guided the growth of Canadian Affair, one of Britain's largest tour operators which specializes in travel between the United Kingdom and Canada, and then its smooth integration into Transat A.T. Inc. in 2006.

Patricia Chastel
General Manager
Patricia Chastel was appointed General Manager of France’s Club Voyages travel agency network in 1998 after serving as Regional Manager for the western region of the country. She has more than 25 years of experience in the distribution end of the business, including in the individual tourism, business tourism and group travel segments, where she worked as a salesperson, group guide and team manager. Previously, she managed the Industrial Risk portfolio for the Abeille-Paix insurance company after completing her general education and obtaining a Banks and Insurance degree.

Jean-Luc Paiement
President and General Manager
Jean-Luc Paiement was appointed President and General Manager of Handlex, the Transat A.T. Inc. business unit that provides airport ground handling services, in 2006. He has accumulated 35 years of national and international experience in the transportation industry working in management positions at Air Canada and as Director, Overseas Projects, with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). During the course of his career, he has demonstrated strong skills in leadership, operations, administration, training, project management and change management.
He completed an adult education course at Université de Montréal, as well as a project management course. He is a member of the Logistics Institute in Toronto.

Annick Guérard
Vice-President and General Manager
Annick Guérard was appointed Vice-President and General Manager of Jonview Canada in 2007. Ms. Guérard, who holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Montreal's École Polytechnique, began her career as a Director of International Projects in the transportation industry and subsequently joined the Deloitte Consulting group as a Senior Consultant in Organizational Management. Since joining Transat in 2002, Ms. Guérard also served as Senior Manager, Customer Services, for Air Transat, and Director, Branding, then interim Vice-President, Marketing, for Transat Tours Canada.

Cédric Gobilliard
General Manager
Cédric Gobilliard was appointed General Manager of Look Voyages in 2008. Previously, he served as General Manager, North America, and member of the Management Committee of Club Med, which he joined in 1999. His previous positions with Club Med included Director, Licences; Director, Sales, Marketing and Transportation; and Director, Sales and Marketing, Europe (except France). Mr. Gobilliard has a degree from École des praticiens du commerce international, a specialized graduate diploma in International Management and a postgraduate degree from École supérieure de commerce de Clermont-Ferrand.

Philippe Sureau
President
Born in France, Philippe Sureau arrived in Canada in 1977, bringing his already significant experience in the emerging tourism industry. He joined Tourbec, where he worked with Jean-Marc Eustache. Two years later, the two relaunched Tourbec after the company folded. Mr. Sureau then helped found and develop several of the companies (Nortour, Trafic Voyages, Trafic Tour France) that banded together to form Transat in 1987. His main role with Transat is overseeing marketing, sales, strategy and external relations for the Company's business units.
From 1997 to 2000, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Air Transat, then directed the development of Transat's Internet venture. Today, he heads the distribution side of the company in Canada and France, supervising operations both online and via traditional networks.
Mr. Sureau has played a major role in the development of the Quebec and Canadian tourism industries. Among other contributions, he served as President of the Association québécoise des agences de voyages (Quebec chapter of the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies) in 1986-87; Chairman of the Air Transport Association of Canada (ATAC) in 1995-96; and member of the Board of Directors of Manoir Richelieu from 1999 to 2005. In April 2005, Mr. Sureau was appointed a member of the Comité consultatif des agents de voyages, an advisory board for travel agents created by the Government of Quebec. He has also been Chair of the Cercle de tourisme du Québec, an association of decision-makers from various sectors of the tourism industry, since September 2007.

Nelson Gentiletti came to Transat in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed President, Transat Tours Canada, in 2006. Prior to joining Transat, Mr. Gentiletti served as Chief Financial Officer at BCE Emergis Inc., a subsidiary of BCE Inc.; Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer at Unican Security Systems Ltd., a public corporation; and Vice-President, Finance, for Videotron ltée. Between 1986 and 1996, he held several positions at Minet, a property and casualty insurance broker, before becoming Chief Financial Officer and Head of Administration at the corporation's head office in New York City. Mr. Gentiletti is a chartered accountant and graduate of McGill University. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University.

Michael DiLollo
Executive Vice-President
Michael DiLollo joined Transat in 1991 and was appointed Executive Vice-President, Transat Tours Canada, in 2008. Previously, he served as Senior Vice-President, Technical Operations and Customer Services, at Air Transat where he was responsible for airports, in-flight services, maintenance and engineering, while maintaining his currency as an Airbus 330 captain. In 2002, he and his team implemented the Quality Safety Management System and participated in Air Transat's process to obtain IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) accreditation. Mr. DiLollo holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, and has more than 20 years of experience in aviation and travel.

Vassilis P. Sakellaris
President
Born in Cairo, Vassilis Sakellaris studied at Greek schools in Egypt's capital, then attended the Agricultural University of Athens. From 1974 to 1979, Mr. Sakellaris served as General Manager of Pandair. In 1979, he created Tourgreece, an incoming tour operator that has experienced steady growth. Mr. Sakellaris joined the Transat team in 2001.

Patrice Caradec
General Manager
Patrice Caradec joined Vacances Transat (France) as Sales and Marketing Director in 1997. He went on to serve as Assistant General Manager before being appointed General Manager in 2004. He has more than 20 years of experience in the tourism and travel industry. Prior to joining Transat, he served as Sales Director at Jet Tours; Sales Director at Chorus Tour; Manager responsible for the French market at Pierre et Vacances; Sales Manager at Hertz; a Club Med tour guide in Greece, Egypt, Turkey and Southeast Asia; and also worked at the individual sales department at Nouvelles Frontières. Mr. Caradec is a graduate of École Supérieure de Tourisme in Paris.
