Depart for Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad), the best-known spa town in the Czech Republic. Its history dates back to the 14th century, during the reign of Charles IV, and famous historic characters such as the tsar Peter the Great and the author Goethe visited the town for its healing springs. The city of Karlovy Vary also owes its fame to the manufacturer of the famous Czech crystal, Moser, to its production of china and of plant-based liquor Becherovka. Discover the city centre with a local guide where you will see the most famous spring, Vřídlo, which shoots water up to 12 metres. After, get to Diana Park with the funicular where you will find a belvedere, a house of butterflies, a small zoo and much more.
