Head to Kutná Hora, and arrive at your first destination, the medieval silver mine, and see how this city became the second richest place in the kingdom of Bohemia. During your stroll around the city, you will admire not only the Gothic architecture of St. Barbara’s Church, but you will also see plenty of Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque-style houses, as well as a unique 15th-century stone fountain. You will also visit one of the most interesting burial sites in the world, the Sedlec Ossuary. The interior of this chapel is hauntingly beautiful as it’s composed of more than 40,000 human bones. Kutná Hora has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1995.
