Take a trip to the region of Beaujolais, also called “Little Tuscany”. Follow your guide as he is first driving you to Château de Grandmont for a oenological tour and a discussion on the winemaking process. Then, head to the village of Clochemerle, famously pictured by the writer Gabriel Chevallier, for a wine tasting in a 12th-century cellar at the Château de Vaux en Beaujolais, an independently owned family property. In the afternoon, visit one of the Plus Beaux Village de France (the most beautiful villages of France), the well-preserved 14th-century medieval city of Oingt with burlesque street names and beautiful viewpoints of the region.
