The Royal Palace of Turin, a World Heritage Site since 1997, is the flagship of the Savoy Residences, known as the seventeenth century Crown of Delights. Visitors follow a path that winds through different rooms including the Royal Armory, one of the richest collections of arms and armor in the world where visitors can admire the splendid archaeological weapons of the Beaumont Gallery: medieval weapons, bladed weapons and firearms as well as weapons used by the Savoy kings in the nineteenth century.
