Important information regarding the use of personal data
All information collected is intended for Air Transat, the data controller, for the purposes of processing your bookings or subscriptions to our newsletters and/or programs. If you have consented, it may also be used by Transat Tours Canada, as a data controller, for the conduct of marketing and statistical studies, to customize and continuously improve your customer and shopping experience, to provide you with the most suitable offers and to send you targeted advertising. Since the data controller's servers are located in Canada, the information collected will be transferred outside of the European Union. Some of this information may also be communicated to third parties, namely to subcontractors of the data controller, who may also be located outside the European Union. Your personal information’s retention period is specified in our privacy policy. In accordance with applicable regulation, you have rights of access, of rectification or erasure right of data portability, as well as the right to object or restrict processing and the right to make a complaint if necessary to a supervisory authority. In addition, if you are a French national you have the right to define general and specific guidelines regarding the processing of your personal information after your death. When the basis for processing is your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Packages, cruises and hotels

Depending on the version of your electronic document, this is where you can find your confirmation number or reservation number that will allow you to access the form

Note: If you have just made your booking, please allow for a delay of 15 to 30 minutes for your file to generate.

E-documents are available 45 days prior to your departure and once your travel is paid in full.

The e-documents are issued for all passengers in the file at the time of booking.
