A centennial agricultural tradition located in one of the most colorful and picturesque areas of our country; towns and legacies in heart of the mountains where you will be accompanied by an always fresh and delicious breeze that will captivate you. Nahuizalco, characterized by pre-Columbian traditions and one of the most important indigenous populations in the country and cradle of the handicrafts manufactured from natural fibers that dress its streets with lots of color. Juayúa, famous for its Black Christ, a beautiful and colorful place surrounded by green mountains and a wonderful climate that will be undoubtedly one of your favorite spots along this route.

We will continue to visit Santa Leticia, a coffee farm located in the municipality of Apaneca in the department of Ahuachapan, you will travel to a coffee forest and walk through trails in an altitude that range from 1,400 to 1700 meters above sea level and admire for yourself the most relevant aspects in the production of the famous gourmet coffee produced in this region. In this mountain is located the only private archaeological site of El Salvador, a sacred ceremonial place where the Mayans worshiped their gods and where this civilization evolved 2,600 years ago.

We will end this tour in Conception de Ataco; founded by Pipiles tribes in the heart of the mountain where the cobbled streets with their lanterns lead us to a world of history. Enjoy the serenity of a mountain village. The locals made colorful fabrics in traditional pedal looms and stringed musical instruments.
