Our training programs

Developing employees’ skills is at the heart of Transat’s philosophy. Over the years, Transat has developed various tools and programs to cultivate and maximize their potential. Continuing education is part of every conscientious professional’s career. Transat supports its managers by giving them access to technical, professional or managerial development programs.

Special support is offered to employees who wish to further develop their skills in order to grow within the company.

Our travel agents are encouraged to take FAM trips in order to gain practical knowledge on the destinations they propose in order to better do their part and improve their performance.
