Free Option Flex Promotion
Option Flex Standard is offered free of charge on new individual South package bookings made between June 16 and August 31, 2026, for departures during the same period. This option allows you to transfer your package to a relative or friend up to 30 days before departure, change the date, hotel or destination up to 72 hours before departure from Canada, or cancel up to 72 hours before departure from Canada and receive a travel credit. In the event of cancellation, an Option Flex travel credit corresponding to the applicable penalty amount will be issued, in accordance with the cancellation terms and conditions. The return date for the new reservation made with Option Flex credits must be within 12 months of the initially planned return date.

¹With Option Flex Standard, it is possible to cancel the trip up to 72 hours before departure (from Canada) and travellers may be entitled to an Option Flex travel credit of the value of the penalty amount at the time of the cancellation, excluding the value of Option Flex Standard and in accordance with our cancellation terms & conditions. The return date for the new reservation made with Option Flex credits must be within 12 months of the initially planned return date.
²With Option Flex Extra, it is possible to cancel the trip up to 24 hours before departure (from Canada) and travellers may be entitled to a full refund for the amount paid at the time of the cancellation excluding the value of Option Flex Extra, in the method of payment on file and in accordance with our terms & conditions.
The price of Option Flex Standard and Option Flex Extra may vary depending on the product booked, destination, length of stay and/or departure date. The applicable price is displayed during the booking process. The purchase of Option Flex Standard or Option Flex Extra is non-refundable and must be paid for at the time of booking by all travellers sharing the same room. Some restrictions apply. Some modifications are subject to availability. All modifications or cancellations must be made through the travel agent.
