Canadian Affair unveils new look & new brochure

3rd October, 2011

Canadian Affair, the UK’s largest tour operator to Canada, has today unveiled its summer 2012 brochure in print, online and on a free iPad App, offering its widest range of holidays ever.

In tune with launching a wide range of new holiday products, it is also the first display of their new logo.

The operator has introduced over 20 new hotels to its portfolio with fresh and exciting properties in every city in its programme. With new additions to boutique hotels such as the Hotel le Germain in downtown Toronto & Montreal, luxury classic properties such as Vancouver’s 5-star Sutton Place, and even the chic new Ritz Carlton in Toronto.

Kathryn Munro, Canadian Affair’s Communication & Marketing Director, said: “We celebrated our 15th anniversary last year and we felt it was an appropriate moment to evolve the logo that has served us well since our inception in 1995. We are still the same company, with the same ethos and determination to provide the best flights & holidays to Canada, but now with a more contemporary look.

“Our programme has been completely refreshed for 2012”, continued Kathryn Munro. “We are constantly evolving our product range, to keep it up to date with customer trends whilst all the time making sure our prices are the very best on the market.  We are adding more holiday options throughout the length and breadth of Canada in a range of different ways.”

For those looking to explore, Canadian Affair has added six new fly drive itineraries across such as “Whales, Bears and Vancouver Island” – an eight day tour that includes whale watching boat tours and bear watching in some of British Columbia’s remote wilderness. Prices start from £1429 per person including car rental and hotel accommodation (flights excl.)

Princess Cruises joins Canadian Affair’s programme for the first time in 2012, expanding the number of cruise options on offer with the introduction of a majestic 12 night Pacific Coast sea voyage and land tour between Vancouver and Anchorage. Prices start from £1009 per person including cruise and land accommodation (flights excl.)

Other new additions for 2012 include new bear tours, ranch holidays and Calgary Stampede packages.

Canadian Affair’s extensive flights programme continues for 2012 with services from seven UK airports allowing travellers to fly direct from their local airports. The operator is offering up to 60 flights per week with services from Gatwick, Heathrow, Exeter, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow, and a choice of seven Canadian gateways – Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Halifax, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver. Return Economy Class fares start from £318 per person, with the lowest prices guaranteed.*

Flights are operated by Air Transat on wide-bodied Airbus A330 and A310 aircraft with an Economy Class seat pitch of 32 inches as well as a Club Class/Premium Cabin to upgrade to. Complimentary meals and hold baggage are offered on all flights, and child discounts are available.
