Sylvie Bourget appointed Vice-President, Marketing

Mr. Denis Jacob, Executive Vice-President of Air Transat, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Sylvie Bourget to the newly created position of Vice-President, Marketing. “We are very happy to welcome Ms. Sylvie Bourget to the Air Transat team,” said Mr. Jacob. The arrival of Ms. Bourget in this position will enable us to consolidate the airline's existing marketing efforts, especially in product and market development. Her recognized expertise and experience in the field will be a valuable asset and will contribute to the company's success,' he added.

Prior to joining Air Transat, Ms. Bourget held various executive positions with large organizations in Montreal and Toronto. Within the framework of her new functions, her main responsibilities will be to implement the company's marketing strategies for products and services—including the duty-free boutique, advertising and sponsorship activities, and cargo sales.
