Air Transat: New flights from Toronto and Montreal to Madrid - This summer, Air Transat offers Canadian travellers direct flights to more European cities than any other airline across the country

Montreal, Qc, Canada, May 8 2006

Air Transat, Canada’s leading vacation airline, has teamed up with tour operator Nolitours to offer new flights to Madrid, Spain, from Toronto and Montreal starting today, providing travellers with extra choice and convenience. Indeed, Air Transat offers direct flights to more popular European destinations than any other airline across Canada, for a total of 30 cities in ten countries for summer 2006.

Nolitours, also a Transat business unit, has played a key role in the new route by launching Splendid Spain, a comprehensive program featuring escorted and independent tours, hotel packages and daily excursions that allow travellers to customize their trips. Toronto-Montreal-Madrid flights take off, up to two times per week, from May 8 to October 30. More information is available on www.airtransat.com, www.nolitours.com or through travel agents.
