Transat Holidays launches its Sunshine Wedding contest, which will run from January 14 to April 15, 2011.
Future brides and grooms are invited to submit their marriage proposal stories to www.sunshinewedding.ca. Six new stories will be posted on the site each week from January 14 to April 4, 2011. From April 5 to 15, 2011, twelve selected stories will be posted on both the English and French versions of the website and the public will be invited to vote for their favourite. Prizes will be awarded to the authors of the three stories with the most votes.
The authors of the most popular story will win Transat Holidays’ Euphoria wedding package, part of the Weddings Away line, a one-week all-inclusive vacation for two at the Gran Bahia Principe Cayo Levantado Don Pablo Collection resort in Samana, Dominican Republic, a Birks Jewellery gift card valued at $10,000, and a La Vie en Rose Aqua gift card valued at $1,500.
The authors of the second- and third-place stories will each win a one-week honeymoon package at the Gran Bahia Principe Cayo Levantado Don Pablo Collection resort in Samana, Dominican Republic, as well as a La Vie en Rose Aqua gift card valued at $500.
To be eligible for the contest, future brides and grooms must enter at www.sunshinewedding.ca and submit their marriage proposal stories by April 4, 2001.
