Transat Holidays Launches its 2011-2012 Florida Collection

Disney Cruise Line Added to the Florida Program
Montreal, July 4, 2011

Transat Holidays’ Florida 2011-2012 brochures hit the shelves today to showcase its products offered from Toronto, Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa, Halifax and Winnipeg. The New Smyrna destination, direct flights to St. Petersburg from Toronto and Halifax and the Disney Cruise Line are all new to the program, but Disney cruises are bound to be the season’s biggest hit. Thanks to Transat Holidays’ constantly evolving line of products, clients can now experience the attention to detail and world-class hospitality that Disney’s unique cruises are famous for.

Magical moments await the entire family aboard the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy, where parents can relax and enjoy some adult time while their children participate in creative, fun-filled activities. In addition to Disney cruises, Transat Holidays continues to sell a wide range of hotels and Walt Disney World attractions individually and as part of a package. Various types of accommodation are available at over ten Disney hotels, ranging from value to luxury.

Transat Holidays offers three hotels in the Universal Orlando area: the Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Portofino Bay Hotel and Loews Royal Pacific Resort. Universal Studios’ newest theme park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, opened last year and is a must-see attraction where vacation becomes adventure.

New Smyrna joins Orlando, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota, Daytona, Cocoa Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood Beach, Miami and Key Largo in Transat Holidays’ 2011-2012 Florida brochure, with a variety of packages and à la carte vacation options.

“Interest in Transat Holidays’ ever popular Florida program is likely to continue growing in Canada, with the help of this year’s new line-up. Our daily flights to Fort Lauderdale and five weekly flights to Orlando from Toronto are giving clients the flexibility they want. Halifax now has a weekly flight to Fort Lauderdale, two weekly flights to Orlando and a weekly flight to St. Petersburg, making Florida more accessible than ever,” says Nancy Jackson, Commercial Director for Ontario and Atlantic Canada.
