Transat Holidays was named Travel partner of the Year at the CAA Vision travel conference 2011 held in Montreal on November 2.
The CAA travel agency network used three criteria to select the winner: product quality, customer service and sales representation. “Transat Holidays has always been committed to providing superior vacation packages, and excellent customer service at destination, in call centres and through its team of sales representatives. So, we are extremely proud of this award, which honours these specific attributes. I would like to take this opportunity to thank our CAA partners and our employees, who are the true recipients of this award,” said Paula Rizos, Director, Commercial Western Canada, Transat Tours Canada, who was present at the ceremony.
