On May 7, 2012, Transat Holidays was named Canada’s Top Performer for 2011 by Costa Cruises at the Champions of the Sea awards ceremony. The event took place in Venice, Italy during the inauguration of the Costa Fascinosa, the cruise line’s new flagship and the largest Italian-flagged passenger vessel.
Transat Holidays is very proud of this award, which is a testament to its many years of close collaboration with Costa Cruises. “Receiving the Champions of the Sea award aboard the spectacular Costa Fascinosa made the occasion even more memorable” commented Denis Codère, Vice President, Sales, Commercialization and Development Europe, Transat Tours Canada.
