Jean-Marc Eustache, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Transat A.T. Inc., today announces the appointment of Jean Pierre Delisle as a Director of the Company.
Mr. Delisle is a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec and has served in a variety of functions with Ernst & Young in Montreal, including Tax Partner, Director of services for Entrepreneurs, Audit Partner and Managing Partner of the firm’s South Shore and Laval offices.
