Montreal, August 1, 2011
Transat A.T. Inc. has entered into an agreement with a bank syndicate led by National Bank of Canada and composed of NBC, the Caisse centrale Desjardins and Scotia Bank to renew its unsecured revolving credit facility in an amount of $100 million. This facility matures in July 2015 and may be extended. A $60 million secured revolving letter of credit facility has also been made available to Transat by National Bank of Canada. The funds will be used for general corporate purposes of Transat.
