Transat’s jaunt into the fashion world

Montreal, June 4, 2015 —Transat is proud to launch Style Jaunt, a new web series produced in collaboration with Flare magazine. Part travel guide and part shopping guide, the web series follows two Canadian fashion bloggers, Gracie Carroll and Camille DG, as they team up and go on a mission to find the world’s best shopping spots.

The new video capsules which focus on travel, fashion and shopping were launched today with Lisbon, Portugal as their first destination, and can be viewed on Transat’s blog Experience Transat. Lisbon’s culture, architecture and exciting fashion scene make it the perfect setting for the start of this exciting adventure and show.

One of Western Europe’s most affordable capitals, Lisbon is a true shopper’s paradise. Air Transat flies to Lisbon 3 times a week from Toronto and Montreal this summer and once a week from Toronto and Montreal this winter. Transat also offers a wide variety of hotels, excursions, city hopping packages and car rentals in Lisbon.

Gracie Carroll, from Toronto, is a 27-year-old fashion and lifestyle blogger who started her blog in the fall of 2011 and most recently launched thechiccanuck.com. Montrealer Camille DG is the mastermind behind the blog lecahier.com (the-booklet.com) and president of the Montreal-based marketing agency Codmorse. Throughout their journey, Gracie and Camille will not only reveal their favourite shopping spots but also give insight into the town’s most renowned neighbourhoods.
