MONTREAL, April 17, 2024 /CNW/ - Transat A.T. Inc., a leisure travel reference worldwide, particularly as an air carrier under the Air Transat brand, will hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (or the "Meeting") in a virtual format on Tuesday, April 23, at 10:00 a.m. The Meeting will be held in French, with simultaneous translation to English. Only duly registered shareholders will be allowed to ask questions. A question period for journalists will follow the Meeting, as per the instructions below.
