1The customer may be entitled to Option Flex travel credit and/or a partial refund of the package in accordance with the terms described in Transat’s 2019-2020 Sun brochure. Option Flex must be purchased at the time of booking and is non-refundable. It does not apply to groups, flights, à la carte hotels, guided tours, Florida packages, packages that include car rental, a transatlantic flight with an airline other than Air Transat or transfers by air, train, cruise, ferry or speedboat. Option Flex also does not apply to packages to Marival Distinct Luxury Residences, Sandals Resorts, Beaches Resorts, Grand Pineapple Beach Resorts and Couples Resorts. Some changes are subject to availability. All changes and cancellations must be made through the client’s travel agent. If the travel agent is unavailable, the client may contact Transat at 1-866-322-6649.
