Air Transat increases its baggage allowance

Air Transat is pleased to announce it is increasing its baggage allowance for passengers travelling to Europe and the United Kingdom in Economy Class. Passengers are now entitled to a baggage allowance of 25 kilos.

Passengers travelling to Europe and the United Kingdom who choose to upgrade to Option Plus* enjoy a baggage allowance of 35 kilos, while those travelling in Club Class can check in up to 40 kilos of luggage.

The following baggage allowances are available for other Air Transat destinations:

Greece, Turkey and Italy
Economy: 30 kilos 
Option Plus: 40 kilos* 
Club Class: 40 kilos

Portugal
Economy: 50 kilos
Option Plus: 50 kilos
Club Class: 50 kilos
