5 With the purchase of Option Flex Standard or Extra, customers may choose to use the travel protection to be able to cancel, modify, or transfer their package, or to request a price drop guarantee on their package. It is not possible to combine both options: only one of the two uses may be selected per booking. The price drop guarantee applies to the base price, subject to availability of the same product, and excludes daily deals, promotional room rates, and promotional room upgrades. If the price of a package is reduced, the customer may receive a refund of up to $200 per adult and per child. The request must be made no later than 60 days prior to departure.
